(Click on the above links to download cs09-*.zip files. Unzip all the files individually to get the corresponding cs09-*.dot file. Please remember that these files have been saved as document templates in order to preserve the specially defined heading formats. Please open these files by dragging and dropping the file from windows explorer to a clean word window. If you open these files using file menu, you might find a new document created on the basis of given template file. For preparing these file Office 2000 has been used.)
